Is diamond painting suitable for kids?
Not for kids aged 0-6. Generally, diamond painting kits are designed for adults. The diamonds are tiny and there are small pieces that could present a choking hazard so adult supervision is always required for young children aged 0-6.
Round Diamonds vs Square Diamonds: what’s the difference?
Round diamonds are, in general, best suited to beginners as they’re much easier to work with. You won’t have to be as precise with this shape as there are no sharp edges that need to be lined up. In contrast, square diamonds do have sharp edges that need to be properly aligned, making this shape much more challenging to work with. Square diamonds create a much fuller, clearer image and are best suited to experienced crafters.
How long will it take me to complete?
There is no right answer as it depends on the size of the canvas you choose and the shape of the diamonds you choose. Small kits typically take 6-10 hours to complete and larger kits can take 20+ hours.
