How long does shipping take?
Once you have received an email confirming your order, products take 1-3 days to be created and then an additional average of 10-30 days to be delivered, however may take up to 40 days for some countries outside of major delivery networks. Deliveries within the USA take an average of 12 days to be delivered.

Please note that due to the COVID19 pandemic, postal systems worldwide are experiencing major delays and staffing shortages. We greatly appreciate your patience and wish there was more we could do. If you have not received your package after 40 days, please contact us using our contact form.

Are diamond painting kits designed for young children?
No, our products are typically designed for adults. There are many small parts, including the ‘diamonds’ that are a choking hazard and our tweezers are sharp. Parental supervision is always recommended.

What is the difference between the square and round diamonds?
The choice to work with either square or round diamonds is completely up to your discretion and personal preference.

Round diamonds are sometimes preferred by beginners because don't have any edges that need to line up on the canvas and so are easier and quicker to pick up and stick down. A canvas covered in round diamonds is also a bit more forgiving if you have accidentally stuck one slightly off center, because there will already be very tiny gaps in between each diamond, due to the nature of the shape and the way circles line up next to one another.

Square Diamonds require more time and precision when lining up all the square edges, so as to avoid any awkward gaps in the painting. However if you have the patience, square diamonds create a 'fuller' and more detailed image because the squares all fit perfectly next to one another and do not leave any gaps of color across the picture.

How long does each painting take to finish?
This depends on the size of the canvas you choose as well as the speed at which you apply the diamonds onto the painting. Smaller kits usually take anywhere between 6-10 hours to complete and are larger kits may take up to 20 hours or many more.
